Platinum Premier 10 Day Commitment / 30 Day Clear To Close Guarantee
The Funding Source will guarantee that we will provide a formal written commitment letter within 10 days and we will clear the loan to close within 30 days or we will credit the borrower $200 at closing.
Platinum Premier Service:
Our Loan Officers receive the Platinum Premier Service designation with a 90% approval rating from previous clients.
Platinum Premier Float Down Option:
On our FHA loans, borrowers may choose to take advantage of a one time float down option. The float down option does have conditions that apply.
Platinum Premiere One Close Option:
Confused over good faith estimates? Worried about closing costs?
Relax with The Funding Source One Close Option -We put in writing that you will not pay anything more than what we quote. Period.

House hunting, but can't find that perfect house yet? Relax! At The Funding Source we offer you another Platinum Premiere Service called the "Lock and Shop Option."
